Elkins Constructors’ most important project is one we continue to form — our reputation. Since Martin Elkins founded the company more than a half-century ago, it has grown to more than 120 employees. Today, Elkins is led by Barry L. Allred and a group of employee shareholders whose personal and vested interest in our success is reflected in the success of our clients. Together, we continue the Elkins tradition of providing clients with the level of expertise, service and performance that lets them return to us for future projects with absolute confidence.
