Beyond legal requirements, we have a moral responsibility to provide a healthy and safe construction environment for employees, subcontractors, clients, end-users and the general public.
More than 15 years ago, Elkins hired HRH Safety and Health Consultants to provide independent safety consulting to our project staff members. This partnership has helped us maintain and monitor an accident- and drug-free workplace. Our safety programs are tailored to our clients’ requirements, ensuring complete compliance with OSHA and state regulatory agency guidelines.
