Elkins establishes a maintenance and warranty program that sets requirements for consultants, contractors and suppliers for the maintenance and operation of systems and facilities. We ensure that specifications are in alignment with the program’s goals and user's needs and capabilities, and that equipment and systems suppliers provide complete manuals and plans for operation and maintenance training.
Our post-construction services include:
- Preparation of Certificates of Substantial and Final Completion
- Coordination of the preparation of punch lists and completion of remaining work
- Preparation and transmission of documents for final payment
- Organization of operation and maintenance manuals
