J. Robert Crowe
Vice President, Retail

Rob has 22 years of experience in the construction industry, 14 of those in project management. His experience includes on-site project administration, project scheduling, subcontractor and supplier coordination, value engineering and engineer/architect and client relations. He specializes in tilt wall and masonry construction and offers expertise in all facets of commercial construction, including retail, office and distribution facility construction. Rob has worked at nearly every level of the construction industry in his advancement to vice president. This broad range of experience is a valuable asset in recognizing and preventing potential problems, and is a strong advantage for his clients.

Students training for careers in the construction industry also benefit from Rob’s experience. A graduate of the University of Florida, he has privileges as a visiting professor at the M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction, where he teaches practical applications for the bid process in estimating. He also sits on the Advisory Committee for the Bartram Trail High School Academy of Design and Construction.

Rob has been an active member of the Associated General Contractors of Greater Florida. He served as president of the chapter in 2003 and participated on the Board of Directors from 2001 to 2005. Rob is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
