Elkins Constructors, Inc. Awarded Two Continuing Contracts
Elkins Constructors, Inc. was awarded continuing contracts at Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind in St. Augustine and the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
The projects at Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind will include mostly roofing and fascia repairs to dormitories and classrooms on the 72-acre campus. The contract is for an indefinite period of time.
At the University of North Florida, Elkins will be responsible for new construction, renovations, alterations and / or additions with a construction budget of $1 million dollars or less. The initial contract period is for one year, with an owner's option to renew for up to three years.
