Elkins Constructors, Inc. Breaks Ground on $6.7 Million Parking Structure
Jacksonville, Florida - Elkins Constructors, Inc. recently began construction of a $6.7 million, 510-space parking structure located at Tapestry Park on the Southside. The parking structure will be built with exterior details to match the Tapestry’s existing architecture. The parking structure will be composed of precast concrete and will provide parking for the community’s condominium residents, office tenants and retail customers. Construction is expected to be completed in late spring 2009.
This is Elkins’ first project for the owner, Arlington Properties, Inc., out of Birmingham, Alabama.
