Elkins Constructors, Inc. Breaks Ground on New Medical Office Building
Jacksonville, Florida - Elkins Constructors, Inc. recently broke ground on a new medical office building for Baptist Healthcare at its South Campus on St. Augustine Road and I-95 in Jacksonville, FL.
At five-stories, the 100,000 SF building marks the first time Elkins has worked for Baptist Healthcare. Construction began on October 17, 2008. The $9 million building is constructed of structural steel, framed exterior walls and stucco. Elkins expects to complete the building in August 2009.
