Elkins Constructors Appoints Retail Project Director
Jacksonville, Florida - Tom Hanley has been appointed Retail Project Director for Jacksonville, Florida-based Elkins Constructors, Inc.
A graduate of the University of Florida’s Building Construction Management Program, Tom has 29 years of experience in the construction industry, 13 of those with Elkins. Tom specializes in new construction and offers expertise in all facets of commercial construction.
He has worked in nearly every level of the construction industry in his advancement to project director. This broad range of experience is a valuable asset in recognizing and avoiding potential problems, and is a strong advantage to managing projects for his clients.
Tom has been an active participant in Take Stock in Children at Jacksonville’s Matthew Gilbert Middle School since 2002. He is also Elkins’ representative for the Florida-Georgia Blood Alliance.
