McGarvey Residential Communities Names Elkins Constructors As Construction Manager for Old San Jose On The River
Jacksonville, Florida - McGarvey Residential Communities has selected Jacksonville-based Elkins Constructors, Inc., as the construction manager for Old San Jose On The River, a new luxury riverfront neighborhood located at 5000 San Jose Boulevard. The $230 million project marks the first association between Elkins and McGarvey Residential. Site work is underway with vertical construction expected to start in May.
