Ricky joined Elkins shortly after his graduation from the University of North Florida, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management. Starting as an intern, he now serves as a project manager in our Savannah office.
As a former United States Marine Corps Scout/Sniper, Ricky has the precision, analytical skills and attention to detail of a military veteran, and brings those skills to his projects.
Ricky has worked on some of Elkins’ largest and most complex projects such as Watersong Senior Living Community, Kim C. Hammond Justice Center and Paul J. Hagerty High School. Ricky specializes in institutional construction and has the unique ability to connect not only with owners, but with all project stakeholders, to ensure a successful project for all.
Ricky enjoys hunting and fishing, and is a member of Forrest City Gun Club in Savannah. He and his wife Mandi live on Skidaway Island with their three children.
